absolutley shocked at my experience. waited 45 mins for check-in only to find the pool closed for weeks. I expected a complimentary upgrade after such inconvenience, yet received nothing. The dirty floors were a lovely touch too—nothing says luxury like black feet! I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Upon arrival, we faced a frustrating 45-minute wait at the front desk. The pool was unexpectedly closed, which was a major letdown for our planned activities. Overall, the lack of communication about these issues made us feel neglected, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.
